Response Time

We typically respond within 2-3 business days. If your inquiry requires product research or measurement verification, it may take up to a week. Complex technical questions about materials or manufacturing processes might need additional time for us to consult our sources and provide accurate information.

A Note on Our Approach

The Desk File exists because we got tired of furniture marketing that prioritizes mood over measurements. When you contact us, you're reaching real product managers who spend their days working with CAD files, material spec sheets, and factory documentation. We can't tell you which desk will "transform your workspace" or "spark joy," but we can tell you exactly how thick that desktop is, what species of wood it's made from, and whether those drawer slides are ball-bearing or roller-glide.

We're building this resource because we believe furniture buyers deserve the same level of technical transparency that exists in other product categories. Your questions, corrections, and contributions help make The Desk File more accurate and comprehensive.

Stay Updated

While we don't maintain a newsletter or social media presence, you can bookmark thedeskfile.com and check back regularly. We update our field guide as we verify new products and refine existing specifications.

We look forward to hearing from you.
